Accommodations for Boulder Event, May 2 - 3

There are several accommodation options in the Boulder area. We have reserved a block of rooms at the Millennium Harvest House hotel (information below), with a special group rate that is available until April 1, 2008. However, if you would like additional accommodation options for the area, please visit the Boulder Chamber of Commerce Website.

The Golden Sufi Center has reserved a block of hotel rooms at the Millennium Harvest House for the dates of May 1 - 3 (however, the hotel is willing to extend the discounted rate for those wishing to stay three days before and/or after). The reservation and special group rate will be held until April 1, 2008. The rates are as follows:

PLEASE NOTE: All standard rooms have been fully booked. Only Superior Level Rooms are available (and going quickly!) at the following rates:

$159 per night Single Occupancy
$159 per night Double Occupancy
$169 per night Triple Occupancy
$179 per night Quadruple Occupancy

These rates do not include taxes, which are 10.25%. Deposits are refundable to the guest if the hotel is notified of a cancellation at least 24 hours prior to the expected arrival date. Check-in time is 3:00pm on the day of arrival. Checkout time is 12:00pm.
