Mystical life is one of humanity's greatest secrets: that within the heart we can have a direct experience of the Divine. The mystical path is like a stream that runs beneath all of the world's religions, sometimes hidden, sometimes more visible. At this time there is a great need to know this secret, to reclaim this truth of divine love.In the morning there will be a talk and questions. In the afternoon, a simple meditation on the heart followed by time for spiritual discussion.
Llewellyn Vaughan-Lee, Ph.D., is a Sufi teacher and author. His most recent book is Prayer of the Heart in Christian and Sufi Mysticism. He was recently interviewed by Oprah Winfrey as part of her Super Soul Sunday Series on OWN.
