Online Store and Ordering Information

ORDERING INFORMATION:

Ordering Online: All orders are routed through our secure server, and will be processed within 2-3 business days of receipt. All orders placed online are shipped and charged from our US office. If you have a question about an order, please email to orders@goldensufi.org, or phone us at 415-663-8773, Monday - Friday, 9am - 5:30pm Pacific Time.

International Orders: If you are placing an order from the UK or Europe, it is possible to order directly from our offices in these areas. Contact details for these offices are available here: UK and Europe Offices. Please note credit card orders are not accepted from our European or UK offices.

Shipping: All orders placed online are shipped and charged from our US office. Shipping rates are calculated for both International and US shipments as follows:

• International Orders:
  Orders shipped outside the US via either Air or Surface Mail. These rates are calculated online when you select your shipping method.
• US Orders:
  first class mail (2-7 days): books: $8 first item, $2 additional items tapes, cds, dvd/video: $5 first item, $1 additional items.
  media mail (2-3 weeks): books: $4 first item, $1 additional items tapes, cds, dvd/video: $3 first item, 50¢ additional items
• Multiple Items: If you are ordering a combination of books and cds, tapes, or dvd/videos, we calculate the prices as follows: the book shipping price is the first item and tapes, cds, dvd/video are at the additional item price.

California Sales Tax: For all orders shipped to California, including Marin County, this program will calculate sales tax according to the state sales tax rate of 7.25%. If you are shipping an order to an address in Marin County, California, when your order is processed you will be charged Marin County sales tax of 7.75%.

Orders by Phone, Fax, or Mail: You are welcome to phone, mail, or fax your order. We accept Visa or MasterCard order by phone or fax, and check or money orders by mail. If you would like to place an order by fax or by mail please follow this link to an order form to print and mail or fax with payment.
